Are the products sold on the website genuine?
Yes. AKKO Vietnam is the official distributor of AKKO products in Vietnam. Each product has a serial number that can be traced on the warranty system.
How do I place an order?
Select the product and version (color, switch…), click to add to cart, then enter your name, phone number, delivery address, and place the order. You don’t need to create an account; if you create an account using the same phone number / email, previous orders will automatically appear in your account.
What payment methods are available?
- Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Bank transfer: after placing the order, the website will display a QR code with the payment amount and details — you just need to scan it with your banking app.
What are the shipping fees and delivery times?
Shipping fees are clearly shown in the cart before you place the order. Delivery times vary by region; AKKO Vietnam will provide specific details when confirming the order.
How can I check the status of my order?
Visit the page Order Status, enter your order number and the phone number used to place the order. The website also sends an email when the order is confirmed, shipped, and completed.
Where can I get warranty service, and what do I need to bring?
You can bring or send the product to the service center in Hanoi, Da Nang, or Ho Chi Minh City. No box or receipt is required; just bring the product within warranty and with the original sticker / serial number intact. Details: AKKO Warranty Guide.
Where can I download drivers for keyboards / mice?
At the page Driver Downloads. New models (5075 V5, 5108 V5, TAC87, TAC75 HE, Air 01, MOD68…) use Akko Hub or Akko Cloud Driver v4; models B / B Plus, MOD, ACR… use Akko Cloud Driver. Each product page also includes the appropriate driver and user manual.
What do the numbers in AKKO keyboard names mean?
The numbers at the end indicate the keyboard size: 3068 (68 keys), 3084 (84 keys), 3087 / 5087 (87 keys, TKL), 3108 / 5108 (108 keys, fullsize), 3098 / 5098 (98% layout), 5075 (75% layout). The letter B indicates a wireless version (Bluetooth + 2.4GHz + wired), Plus indicates an upgraded version, HE indicates a magnetic switch keyboard (supports Rapid Trigger).
Can I cancel or change an order I’ve placed?
Please contact our Fanpage AKKO Vietnam as soon as possible (before the order is handed over to the shipping carrier) with your order number for support.
