4. Terms and Conditions
- Available to all customers/purchasers of genuine products from authorized dealers/stores nationwide.
- Customers who purchase a minimum of 01 product Akko keyboard (based on the list of eligible Akko keyboards for the promotion above) during the promotion period will receive a valid scratch card with their purchase.
- Customers should scratch off the silver coating on the card to reveal the winning result. Each valid scratch card corresponds to one chance to win according to the prize structure announced in the program rules.
- Winners must follow the program's procedures to claim their prizes and must retain the intact winning scratch card without any damage, alterations, or tampering as proof of winning.
- After the promotion period ends, scratch cards become invalid. Orders placed after the promotion period will not be recognized even if there is a scratch card.
5. Prize Notification
– Customers participating in the program should scratch off the silver coating on the card to immediately see the winning result. The prize content or a message saying “Good luck next time” is printed directly under the silver coating of the card.
– For scratch cards with winning content, customers should contact the Organizing Committee with the information printed on the winning scratch card to be guided through the confirmation and prize collection procedures.
– After receiving information from customers, the Organizing Committee will verify the validity of the winning scratch card (including the confirmation code and other conditions) before awarding the prize according to the program rules.
– Information about the promotion, prize structure, and list of winners (if any) will be publicly announced on the official channels of the Akko brand managed by Mai Hoang Joint Stock Company
6. Prize Awarding Time, Location, Method, and Procedures
– The Grand Prize and First Prize will be awarded directly; the Second Prize, Third Prize, and Consolation Prizes will be sent to the address provided by the customer.

– Winners must retain their valid winning scratch card and contact the Organizing Committee with the information printed on the card to be guided through the prize collection procedures.
– A valid winning scratch card is an intact card without any damage, alterations, or tampering, clearly showing the prize content and having a confirmation code that matches the Organizing Committee's data.
– When collecting the prize, customers need to provide their valid winning scratch card, a valid purchase receipt, and personal information including identification, phone number, and residential address.
– Deadline for prize confirmation: Customers must complete the prize confirmation process no later than 20 days after the end of the promotion period.
– Deadline for prize awarding: Mai Hoang Joint Stock Company is responsible for completing the prize awarding process for customers within 45 days after the end of the promotion period. If customers do not complete the prize collection procedures within the deadline, the company has the right to refuse awarding the prize according to the rules.
– Winners' responsibility for incidental costs when collecting the prize and non-resident income tax: Winners bear the incidental costs (including travel, accommodation, and lodging expenses) as well as personal income tax (if applicable).
– In case of disputes, the decision of the Organizing Committee is final.
